On July 23, 2010, with in  the framework of project "Development of human resources for urban water supply companies in Miđle of  Vietnam" at the a member State owned of water supply and construction in Thua Thien Hue Ltd., company, the workshop to start project was took place. Participants at the meeting, on behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Construction Mr. Uong Dinh Chat- Deputy Director of Human Organization Department, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho - Deputy Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee the representative of Hue Province,  on the side of Urban Construction College Dr.  Nguyen Ba Thang - Party Secretary - Principal. With the criteria : "Confirm the draft project with relevant agencies, and introducing the starting of the project with participants in the project to enlist the support and cooperation of relevant partners”. The conference was get special attention and many helpful comments of the Water Supply Company  in Middle area of Vietnam.
