On July 22, 2010, the first meeting of  the Steering Committee for the project "Development of human resources for urban water supply companies in Middle of Vietnam was presided over by Mr. Cao Lai Quang - Deputy Minister. Representative of all department accompanied with Mr Deputy Minister: Infrastructure department , Human organization department and Financial planning department and International relations department. On be half of  Japanese, Mr. Toshio Nagase Deputy Representative of JICA in Vietnam. Dr.  Nguyen Ba Thang - Party Secretary - Principal of   Urban Construction College, Mr. Hoang Dinh Thao- Director of Middle central, Mr. Mai Xuan Truong - Deputy director of Sub- Institute in Thua Thien Hue welcomed all the delegates. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Deputy Minister was planted memorial tree at Hue’s Sub- Institute.
