- Non-refundable aid: 428.255 Euro (Cash: 358.252 Euro; Others: 70.000 Euro).

- Counterpart fund: 38.000 Euro (MOC: 20.000 Euro; CUWC:  18.000 Euro)

* Objectives and results:

          - Build an environmentally friendly model house inside CUWC;

          - Transfer training programs in the field of environmentally friendly building and construction;

          - Train and retrain Vietnamese teachers, experts to implement training programs in order to replicate the model.
