(Skills training)

I. Commercial wiring:

• Training course : Full-time
• Training location :

• Brief descriptions :

This course equips students with technical knowledge and basic practice skills on:

+ installing and repairing engine circuits, lightening circuits

+ commercial wiring

+ maintaining, repairing and winding single- phase transformers, small/medium capacity single phase and three- phase circulating engines.

Besides, trainees have chance to improve their knowledge and acquire one of the following skills: electronics, cold electricity or lightening.

• - Training duration: 18 months
• Applicants : High-school graduates (or the equivalent)
• Qualifications: Skill diploma level 3/7

II. Water supply and drainage:

• Training course : Full-time
• Training location :
• Main campus: YenThuong commune, GiaLam district, Hanoi city
• Second campus: Sector 8, PhuBai town, HuongThuy district, ThuaThien-Hue province
• Brief descriptions :

This course equips students with technical knowledge and basic practice skills on:

+ installing in-door supply network;

+ installing out-door supply network;

+ installing water meters;

+ installing pumps.

+ operating water treatment stages such as chemical tank, separator, filter, draw water pump station, treated water pump station, chemicals,…

• - Training duration: 18 months
• Applicants : High-school graduates (or the equivalent)
• Qualifications: Skill diploma level 3/7

III. Welding

• Training course: full-time
• Location:

- Main campus: Yen Thuong commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi city

- Second campus: Sector 8, Phu Bai town, Huong Thuy district, Thua Thien-Hue province

Brief description :

Students who have been trained will have ability of :

• interpreting drawings, calculating materials, employees and tasks.
• dealing well with welding joints including butt joint, point knots, and welding lines.
• welding round and flat steel, and steel of different shapes in all positions.
• welding details under the protected atmosphere (TIG, MAG).
• welding all joints with the width from 1-3mm and cut steel 5-10mm wide with the electric welders and gas welders.
• making the various frames of shaped steel and small flat steel.

• Training time : 18 months
• Enrolment : high school graduate or the equivalent
• Qualification: Skill diploma level 3/7

IV. Masonry

1.Training course: full-time

• Location:

- Main campus: Yen Thuong commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi city

- Second campus: Sector 8, Phu Bai town, Huong Thuy district, Thua Thien-Hue province

3. Brief description

- Trainees will have good knowledge of tiling, painting and installing sanitary equipments.

- Trainees can perform the above skills following technical and safety procedures.

4. Duration : 12 months

5. Enrolment : junior secondary school graduate

6. Qualification: Skill diploma level 3/7

V. steel erection

• Technical knowledge:

This course provides learners the specialized knowledge of:

• erecting all types of steel frameworks including complicated ones.
• arc welding and steel component manufacturing
• Working skills:

After the course, learners can:

• erect steel frameworks fluently, exactly, economically and safely according to technical requirements
• weld all types of steel in construction works
• make welded steel doors, handrails….
• Training duration: 12 months
• Applicants : Secondary-school graduates (or higher)
• Qualification : Diploma level 3/7
